"stop sending spam mail to my house, I never asked to be solicited - let alone from one of the worst insurance carriers in existence that declined to pay a family members house that burned to the ground in a wild fire, despite being properly covered & with them for 10+ years. STOP."

Scott, I’m truly sorry to hear about your family member losing their home in a wildfire. That is an unimaginable loss, and I sincerely sympathize with anyone who has experienced that.
That said, I want to clarify a few important facts for anyone reading this review. Neither you nor your family member have ever been customers of my agency, so I have no knowledge of the claim you referenced and cannot speak to the circumstances surrounding it.
You are affiliated with an insurance brokerage located just down the street from my office. In fact, our only interaction was when we were both speaking with the same customer, and my team took the time to educate that customer on the coverage differences and potential gaps they should consider before switching.
My agency is fortunate to help hundreds of families throughout this community every year, and we write a significant amount of business in this area. I understand that competition exists, but this is very unprofessional. I hope anyone reading this review recognizes that it was not left by someone who has ever been a customer of my agency or experienced our service firsthand.
As for the mail piece, it was a standard marketing mailing sent to homeowners in the area. We have already removed your address from our mailing list and wish you all the best.

"Yes you can go to any agency for State Farm insurance, but I promise you none of them compare to all the people at Reilly Smith State Farm. They have helped me through thick and thin. When it comes to working out a dispute with corporate they always go to bat for me. I’ve had a different State Farm, American family, Allstate, and progressive and she runs the absolute best operation with the best staff. I’ve brought over a number of folks including my parents and we all have 0 complaints. Thank you everyone (especially Jasmine) she’s been our main go to. But seriously they are all amazing people. "The people in this office are incredibly professional, yet also friendly, recognizing we clients are part of a business "community and family".
