"Jen Sjolander was so amazing and helpful! I recently relocated from Colorado to Florida and she took care of canceling the necessary policies. I then received a notice from State Farm that I owed them for an umbrella policy that I knew Jen had already canceled. I got in touch with Jen and we exchanged several emails as she talked with the State Farm head office about this. She explained each question and concern with me about the charge and was consistently kind and patient with each exchange. I am grateful for Jen's kindness, professionalism and patience that brought this issue to clarity to resolve. Jen is the best!!"
